1. Restructure the educational space and process, so that the classroom can function according to the cooperative approach

2. Promote the development of the culture associated with the learning process, through the construction of the Educational and Cultural School Centers 

3. Support the development of social skills of children, creating socio-cultural interaction spaces in school.
